\nOne protocol for each area\n<\/h2>

\nThe pathway is divided into three protocols, each dedicated to an area that longevity research considers central. They take place one after the other, always in the same order.\n<\/p><\/div>

\nACT-IBZ\n<\/h3>

\nThe first protocol is dedicated to the area of inflammation: the response with which the body defends itself and which, over time, can remain active at low intensity.\n<\/p><\/article>

\nCO-IBZ\n<\/h3>

\nThe second is dedicated to microcirculation: the network of small vessels that brings oxygen and nutrients to each tissue.\n<\/p><\/article>

\nMO-IBZ\n<\/h3>

\nThe third is dedicated to cellular metabolism, i.e. the way cells produce and use energy.\n<\/p><\/article><\/div>

\nAlways in the same order\n<\/h2>

\nThe three protocols take place one after the other: first ACT-IBZ, then CO-IBZ and finally MO-IBZ. This is the sequence with which the Inside Blue Zone pathway was defined and studied, and it is the same in all the Longevity Centers in the network.\n<\/p><\/div>

    \nHow the pathway works\n<\/h2>

    \nYour doctor will explain every detail before you start. Here is a summary of what to expect.\n<\/p><\/div>

    \nAt the Longevity Center you choose, in a calm setting.\n<\/dd><\/div>
    \nA session\n<\/dt>
    \nIt lasts about half an hour and you do it lying down, at rest.\n<\/dd><\/div>
    \nHow many sessions\n<\/dt>
    \nThe complete programme includes 27 sessions, 9 for each protocol.\n<\/dd><\/div>
    \nAt what pace\n<\/dt>
    \nSessions can be concentrated into a few days or spread out over time: you agree the frequency and schedule with your doctor.\n<\/dd><\/div>
    \nPreparation\n<\/dt>
    \nNo special preparation is needed.\n<\/dd><\/div>
    \nYour treatments\n<\/dt>
    \nThe pathway does not replace your current treatments: the doctor takes them into account and, if necessary, consults your regular doctor.\n<\/dd><\/div><\/dl><\/div><\/section>

    \nThe sessions use REAC Technology, developed and studied by the Istituto Rinaldi Fontani in Florence for over thirty years. The pathway does not involve medication, supplements or other substances.\n<\/p><\/div>
