This website presents the Longevity Centers of the Inside Blue Zone network and the pathway they offer. It is for information only and does not replace a doctor’s advice. Information for healthcare professionals is published on a separate website, REAC Professionals, run by ASMED S.r.l. under its own privacy notice.
02The data we process
Data collected automatically
The server logs the requests it receives (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the website running and secure. Visit statistics are collected with Matomo in anonymous, aggregate form.
Please do not include health data in your message, whether about yourself or anyone else: you will share information about your health with the doctor during your visit to a Longevity Center.
The Longevity Centers are independent healthcare facilities: when you contact a centre directly, your data is processed by that centre as an independent controller.
Matomo runs on a dedicated server that is not shared with commercial third parties. It is configured to set no cookies, to anonymise IP addresses before storing them and to respect your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. The statistics cannot be used to identify you.

04Who we share data with
Your data is not published or sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by persons authorised by the Controller and, as processors under Art. 28 of the Regulation, by the technical providers we work with:
ASMED S.r.l.
Scandicci (FI), Italy. Provides technical management of the website and of the Matomo statistics service, and receives a copy of the requests sent through the form to make sure it works correctly.
Hetzner Online GmbH
Germany. Provides the server that hosts the website, located in Finland, within the European Union.
Aruba S.p.A.
Italy. Provides the email service through which we receive the requests sent with the form.
No transfers outside the EU
Fonts are also hosted on the website’s server, with no connections to external services. The “Open in Google Maps” link on the centre pages takes you to Google’s service only if you choose to open it.

We will reply within one month of your request. If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) or take legal action before the courts.
06Providing your data and automated decisions
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary for us to reply to your request; providing optional data is up to you. The Controller does not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.
07Cookies and other storage tools
This website does not set cookies, which is why it does not show a cookie banner. It only uses one technical item saved in your browser’s storage, which is needed for the website to work:

- What it does
- It records that your browser language has already been checked, so the website redirects you to the version in your language only once.

- It stays in your browser until you delete it.
It contains no personal data, is not used to track your browsing and is not sent to the server. As a technical tool, it does not require consent (Art. 122(1) of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003). Matomo statistics store no information on your device.
